Why Fiscal Management?
For many smaller non-profits, receiving a 501(c)3 determination is a happy day – one that came as the result of a lot of time, effort, and consultation. However, getting a 501(c)3 can also be a roadblock – because often, smaller or newer projects do not yet have the necessary infrastructure to properly manage the fiscal side of the project. This is part of the reason that new 501(c)3 agencies fail within 5 years 55% of the time.
What if FNC Philly could serve as your fiscal managers? Our talented and experienced team will manage all phases of the fiscal side of your work – managing grants, properly tracking expenditures against budgets, ensuring that your end of year financials are audit-ready, and giving back to you the time so desperately needed to actually run your project.

How Does It Work?
You would have your own banking account, however FNC Philly would manage it, cut checks, make payments, and keep all records. Each month, in your own private online portal, you will receive a detailed fiscal report for that month and for year to date. If needed at other times, we can get it to you in one business day.
